Open box but all the toys are brand new and have not been played with by any dog.  My dogs just don't like rope toys but if yours does then this is a deal for you!  They are perfect for throwing, playing fetch, and playing tug-of-war.  These are also good for teething puppies. Always supervise your dog with any new toy to make sure they are playing with it safely and not tearing it up and swallowing pieces. I would not recommend these for super chewers such as bully breeds unless you're ok with the dog destroying one toy per day and they don't swallow any loose pieces. These are not indestructible!
