These Cargo shorts are made by Akademiks.  They are dark gray pull-up shorts with a drawstring to adjust elastic waist tighter if needed.  They have two back pockets, two hip pockets and on the side of each thigh there is a flap pocket.   The left side has an extra slot on flap & two skinny slots on actual pocket (maybe for a pens?).   The right side not only has the flap pocket but has a zipper pocket too.
