arrival. Items must be in the exact quantities and conditions (no partial

return).

- We do not ship replacement notes (partial returns); you must

return the whole order.

- Returns are for money-back; we do not do any replacement or

exchange. The buyer needs to make a new order, and we will ship a new batch.
