If you purchase a print with the Initial and Name, we kindly ask you to check the spelling before sending, as the information I receive will be printed on the poster.

All items are posted within 7 working days of any details being received and cleared payment. (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Dispatch times and delivery estimates only apply if we have received your completed order at the time of ordering. This applies to orders requiring an Initial and Name.

In the unlikely event that your order is delayed in the post we will not be able to refund or compensate you for the delay/inconvenience – our best advice is to order ASAP with plenty of time to spare.
