It was 1 of a 4 piece set from a  Memphis Grizzlies  NBA game giveaway. I have 3 of 4 puece set listed as well.

Listed as a used item. However, the figure looks new and has no issues.  The original box has a lot of damage, storage wear and is faded and torn.  **See all photos!!
