The first version Monopoly with the year 1935 on the instructions.  Two sets of instructions. The top of the box is in poor condition.  Instructions are not in the best of condition either. The handle on the metal iron piece is broken off but included.  All the other pieces are in excellent condition including the dice, money, deeds, community chest cards, and metal game pieces. The wood houses show signs of the original green paint color but are mostly wood colored. I am not sure if that is because of poor workmanship or because the paint has faded off over the years. The community chest and chance cards are in excellent condition as well as the money and deeds.  There is no board with this listing.  See pics.
