This is most likely a much earlier copy that was restored and vellum bound in 1819. I can't find the true age for it.

There are signs of the historical restoration, particularly in the last few pages (see photos) and signs of historical insect marks. A few historical notes to some pages.

Also comes with a handwritten page that was tucked inside also Italian I think. Not a page from the book but maybe notes on it?

Other than noted, good condition for age. Binding is tight, no looseness.
