Please keep in mind that all cosmetics and lotions can change in composition and scent over time, but I minimize this effect by storing all my items for sale in sealed plastic tubs in our chilly basement. Items may have minor scuffs or markings from being stored, but this does not affect the quality of the products inside.

Otherwise, I will probably lose sleep worrying about it: I can track your package so I know it arrived, but did you open it? did you like it? if it was a gift and I wrapped it for you, did the recipient like it? And, believe it or not, eBay's "5 star" rating system penalizes sellers who receive anything less than a PERFECT rating. In other words, "very good" means that you weren't fully satisfied. The fees that eBay charges us sellers go up every time we get a less-than-perfect rating. Soooo ... please let me know if there is anything I can do to make this transaction SUPER DUPER AWESOME for you so that we will leave each other PERFECT ratings!!

It is actually in your best interest to build your eBay profile by leaving and getting feedback. Many sellers (myself included!) block buyers with low or no feedback scores because we know that most fraud and other problems are caused by unscrupulous eBayers who open a new screen name, do their dirty deed, and run away. So... us sellers have no other recourse but to block people who don't have a proven track record on eBay. I know, it's not fair to honest people and folks just getting started to the wonders of all that eBay has to offer. Please don't base your rating on the price of my items or the service you receive from the shipping company. My items are priced to reflect market value. If you are unhappy with the price, don't buy! If you are unhappy with the US Postal Service, upgrade to premium shipping.

S.h.i.p.p.i.n.g. Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped promptly. You will be notified when your item has shipped. Please remember that many items, like lotions, are heavy and expensive to ship--two bottles is already more than a pound!

Buyers outside the continental US: please contact me for shipping quote before placing a bid. I know eBay has blocked your bid; that is so you will contact me first, not that I will not sell and ship to you!

Shipping upgrades (expedited, insurance, etc.) available -- just ask me. Shipping costs include the price of wrapping and packing materials (tissue, boxes, envelopes, etc.), postage, and fuel to transport your item to the shipping center. Please keep in mind that Sellers have to pay eBay three times (listing fee, final value fee, and Paypal fee) as well as shipping, so my shipping charge defrays only a portion of those expenses. Also, now eBay charges us sellers a fee on the shipment cost, so there's no escaping it!

I am avid recycler, and your items might be packaged with re-used (and re-usable!) shipping supplies. Won't you please consider recycling or reusing the box, tissue, bubble wrap, and/or styrofoam peanuts? Non-smoking home. We do have two beloved, affectionate, and obnoxious cats; my items for sale have been stored in plastic bins, but when I take them out to measure and photograph, there is the possibility that they could pick up allergens. (I provide this information because once I bought something and the item arrived to me so strongly reeking of cigarette smoke that it made me sick. I feel that a seller should disclose information that could affect the product!) Buy with confidence from me!
