PICKUP PROCESS 

1. Complete the eBay checkout and make payment for your order. 

2. Contact us via eBay through eBay to confirm the pickup location. 

3. Our warehouse and showroom hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

4. A physical or electronic copy of your order must be presented at the time of pickup. 

5. Please be aware that we can only release orders to the person named on the order. A government-issued ID is required to verify the name associated with the order. 

6. If someone else or a courier is collecting on your behalf, please Contact us via eBay to provide the necessary information and authorization.

Orders that are placed and completed before 2:00 PM Melbourne time will be shipped on the same day, subject to stock availability, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please provide your mobile number when placing your order, as couriers will contact you to arrange delivery.

All orders require a Signature Upon Delivery for confirmation of good condition upon receipt. If no one is available to receive the delivery, please Contact us via eBay provide authority to leave your order without signature. If no arrangements for unattended delivery are made, a re-delivery fee of $35.00 may apply. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Standard courier deliveries for bulky items are referred to as Curbside Service and are performed by one person. This service involves bringing the item to the roadside or end of the driveway only; it does not cover moving items upstairs or into difficult-to-reach areas. The courier may offer additional assistance at their discretion. Curbside Delivery applies to packages over 30kg, and we recommend having several people on hand to help with the delivery.

Delivery and handling fees are determined by the weight and size of each product, and unfortunately, we cannot offer combined postage or discounts. Some items or orders may be shipped in multiple cartons and may not arrive at the same time; please check your shipping label and tracking information before reaching out to customer support to ensure all boxes have been received.

our product is covered by 12 months return to base warranty and commences from date of purchase. To assist with a quick resolution and processing of your warranty, please send pictures to us via eBay messaging.

All products that require repairs or replacements under warranty will need to be sent to our base location in Carrum Downs, Victoria. All postage, insurance and shipping costs are responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend that you ship using some traceable method that can provide proof of delivery.

The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as expected for the product's purpose. Warranty does not cover damages caused by wear and tear, accidents, misuse, and lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes. Any refund for the returned product will exclude delivery charges. If you received free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the delivery cost from your refund amount.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, as new. They should not show any signs of wear or damage.

If you ordered a product by mistake and wish to exchange it for a different item, this will be treated as two separate transactions. The product will need to be returned as outlined above for a refund, and a new order will need to be placed for the desired item.
