Customs

1. Customs Tax

Import duties and taxes are buyer's responsibility.

So please check the tax rate with your local customs.

We also try our best to reduce the customs taxes.

2. In Holding in your local customs

If your parcel is held in your local customs, contact your local customs.

If you need a document to clear the customs, please contact us.

If a parcel is returned due to a refusal to pay import taxes or

an unsuccessful delivery (e.g. insufficient address information)

we will charge the buyer for all shipping costs and handling fee.

The handling fee is 10% of the total item price.

Return policy

Before requesting a return, please contact us via eBay message.

We will gladly contact you back for further arrangement.

Refund is applicable only when 1) 2) 3) are all satisfied.

1) All items are unused.

2) All items are intact and undamaged.

3) All items are in good condition with all original accessories.

In this case, initial shipping cost will be deducted.

Additional handling fee may be deducted due to the item's condition.

Used items are not accepted for return.

If any item were returned in a used condition, refund is not accepted.

As soon as we receive the return product, refund will be made.
