Each memorial dragon is carefully handmade with resin, inks, and powders. When filling out the personalization, be sure to tell us if you want the bigger sleeping dragon or the thinner water-style dragon. We can either do clear inks, shimmer powders, or a combination of the two. If mica powder is painted on the top (see rainbow dragon) then you will not likely see the ashes underneath, so please take into consideration how much of the ashes you want to see, as too many colors may hide them!

If you do not send the ashes within 5 business days (1 week) of ordering, we will need to create your custom dragon to your specifications without the ashes. This new policy has come about because we have had customers take over 2 months to send the ashes, which effects our on-time shipping badge as a star seller. ***

Please do not send all of the ashes in the mail just in case something happens. We recommend using priority mail since it is ensured. We will also send the dragon insured, which is why the shipping and price is higher-Your pet is family and deserves to be honored!

Processing time is extra long in order to accommodate for the extra shipping, and trials this order may entail. It will likely not take as long as listed, but we want to allow for extra time just in case.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on memorial customs. We will do a trial dragon without ashes upon request!

Please note that all our shipping prices DO include the price for us to use third-party insurance for your packages. That extra $.80-$1.00 that you pay goes towards double ensuring your precious item(s) so that if the mail service (heaven forbid) drops the ball, we will have a smooth resolution and can replace or refund your item without delay. All packages come with this insurance- Even if you get a big order that is over $35 and ships for free (US only). Many sellers don't double-insure, so please consider buying your magical items from LE!

Attention all international customers- Your shipping weight is sometimes overestimated to account for freebies, and all shipping overcharges will be refunded to you on or before your ship-by date! I love sending extra goodies, so this is why I overcharge and refund later :)
Our resin is NOT dental-grade ISO 10993 resin and is not safe for aquariums.

NOTE FOR CUSTOMS CUSTOMERS: Custom resin items take a bit of time to create, cure and finish. We are currently on a 1-2 week production schedule. If you need something sooner, message us and we will do our best to work with you!

We can do a total maximum of two iterations of dragons for this price-Though this a technically 1 dragon per order- with the first one we will send a picture to see if you need any adjustments. If not, we will send the first one we cast. If you need some adjustments, we can cast it again once more! Any more than 2 casts and you will need to purchase the listing again so I can cover the costs of my time and materials. Please keep in mind that requesting multiple trials will mean your shipment will take longer and may be late. We aren't responsible for late orders that incur recast requests.
Resin Casting: Each resin-cast piece made in a one-part mold will have a bottom side. Resin is made using a chemical reaction, so a small lip occurs due to what we resin artists call shrinkage. Each piece has the bottom edge sanded preliminarily so it's smooth and safe to handle, however, the small lip is completely normal. Because this is a result of the material, we can't accept returns/refunds for resin items like resin crystals because they have a small smooth lip. However, if you'd like to, you may remove the lip yourself by wet sanding with PPE. If you do this, know that it is possible to scratch the item and damage the clarity. Thanks for understanding!


We do not accept cancellations since each order costs us fees that we do not get back from upon canceling.
Lately, we have had a lot of scammers ordering and canceling in attempts to get free items, and impatient folks wanting same-day shipping and canceling because it didn't ship the same day. We are a very small business that makes items with love. Please be kind and patient. Each item will ship on or before the due date which we have set. If you need it sooner, you MUST message us and let us know. Otherwise, it is up to us and our timeframe which we have already determined. We reserve the right to keep our shop policy as a no-cancellation policy, as allows. Please do not be crass or rude when requesting the shop owner cancel an order. It will end in a lifetime LittleEccentricities shop ban.

Please keep in mind that the shipping arrival dates come from , not our business, and are estimates, not guaranteed times. Unless (of course) you ordered expedited. While these dates give a good idea of when your item will arrive, it is ultimately up to the postal carrier.
