We do not accept cancellations since each order costs us fees that we do not get back from upon canceling. Lately, we have had a lot of scammers ordering and canceling in attempts to get free items, and impatient folks wanting same-day shipping and canceling because it didn't ship the same day. We are a very small business that makes items with love. Please be kind and patient. Each item will ship on or before the due date which we have set. If you need it sooner, you MUST message us and let us know. Otherwise, it is up to us and our timeframe which we have already determined. We reserve the right to keep our shop policy as a no-cancellation policy, as allows. Please do not be crass or rude when requesting the shop owner cancel an order.
