This set of 2 red shining trapezohedrons includes two resin prints that have not yet been sanded, domed, and polished. The price is reflected in the lack of finishing and the listing is intended for DIY-ers. Once you are done this makes for a really cute prop for a Lovecraft lover!

These resin prints still have pockmarks from supports- These are highly discounted compared to our A-grade finished crystals! If you don't mind seeing very small circular dots in the print, or matte/white on the print you can leave it as is.

How to sand crystals:

Sand with several grits. This is faster with a dremel tool. Afterward, you can either dome it with resin (add another thing coat to all sides- I personally use UV for this) OR try Zona's 7-step wet-dry sanding and polishing papers (they are about $10 on Amazon). Once sanding is done, use a polish for the most mirror like finish.

Please note that sanding and polishing resin takes a lot of patience and time and that we do also will have A-grade finished trapezohedrons available soon!

Grades: A grade- fewer support marks/pieces to sand off. B and C grade- Discounted/Imperfect, needs more sanding, and may not have had clean support removal. Please see the photos!

The item is made with ABS-like UV resin which is slightly more fragile than epoxy but is stronger than most other UV resins out there. Use all recommended PPE for ABS-Like and standard UV resin (masks and ventilation if dry sanding to protect from dust). You are responsible for your own safety during crafting, please sand with care!

Please keep in mind that the shipping arrival dates come from Etsy, not our business, and are estimates, not guaranteed times. Unless (of course) you ordered expedited. While these dates give a good idea of when your item will arrive, it is ultimately up to the postal carrier.
