Measurements:
Women's size Medium. Shirt measures about 21" from armpit to armpit, and about 25" from shoulder to bottom. Pants measure 14.5" across the waist (unstretched). Rise is about 10.75" and the inseam is about 29". 

Pre-owned. Left side of shirt collar has an area that has come unstitched from the red piping trim, creating some small tearing in the flannel. The red trim has a bit of wear in this area as well (see photos). Some signs of general wear to both pieces, some pilling to the fabric. Some wear to the screenprinted tag inside each piece. No stains.
