Standard Shipping require an appointment and delivery to the nearest dry area of your home. Item will be left in the box, without unpacking any shipping materials. A signature will be required upon delivery, unless your order is shipped with UPS, FedEx or other small parcel carrier. Small parcel carriers do not make appointments prior to delivery. Please note that stairs are not included with this delivery service.

The average time to deliver to a residence is 10-20 business days, If the "ship to", address is commercial, the average time is shorten to 15 business days. Our carriers control delivery routes and schedules deliveries with the buyer. If any potential buyer requires IMMEDIATE delivery on large merchandise and requires "Quick Ship" that requires special handling, additional costs may apply, please contact us prior to purchasing. . While we appreciate your business, our primary goal is to deliver your merchandise at a reasonable freight cost and safely! Once an item leaves our facility, FFPEG, Inc maintains little control over the carriers or their delivery schedules.

Eligible returns are acceptable for the following reasons with no cost to the consignee:
- Items are not as described.
- Items are defective
- Items arrived damaged
- Return request must be initiated within (5) days after delivery
Ineligible returns are orders based on the consignees’ error in judgment.
- Items have been installed and show signs of use.
- A request for a return after the (5) day return policy
- Damaged packaging.
- 20% of restocking fee will be charged to the customer

In the case of a defect upon delivery, your item must be identified in a timely manner and if it is determined that it is in fact a manufacturer's defect that item will be replaced, with the same of equal item.
In many cases, the item may not be available to ship at the time of purchase. Supply chain issues have caused shipping delays that may exceed several months. The item can still be purchased. In the case an item is backordered, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the case that the item has an estimated delivery date within 90 days of purchase and the customer has agreed to the extended delayed delivery date.
