We do our utmost to pack and dispatch your item/s on the same day as your order. But please note that we cannot send next-day orders over a weekend.

 We try to reuse our suppliers’ packing materials as much as possible in our packing process. It’s good for the environment and it makes financial sense.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, so we offer the following returns policy:

If you received damaged or faulty goods, then you can return them to us (at our expense) within 30 days of receiving them.*

If you want to return goods bought from us for any other reason, then you can do so within 14 days of receiving them, but you must return the goods in the condition they were in when you received them (in their original, undamaged packaging, where appropriate) and you must return them at your own expense.*
