Warranty Information

All items sold have a 60 days Wholesale Broker Replacement/Repair Warranty.

Items may or may not have the remaining manufacturer warranty even if it is an open box item.

Any technical problems must first be handled by the manufacturer or the refurbisher of the product, in most situations we will refer you to the best contact available.

The buyer is responsible for registering their product with the manufacturer or refurbisher and sending in proof of purchase that we provide to activate the warranty if available.

 Payment Policy

• We only accept PayPal and eBay Managed Payment

• Florida Purchases will be subject to 7.00% Florida Sales Tax (unless you have State's Tax Exempt form)

 Shipping Policy

• We do not ship internationally on eBay

• Most products we sell do not ship to P.O. Boxes

• Items normally ship within one business day of receiving payment

• We ship with UPS and USPS to provide you with the best service

• Most items we sell have free shipping with the addition of expedited services available to be purchased

• All purchases above $500 require a signature at delivery

 Return Policy

• We allow most items to be returned within 30 days for non-technical reasons unless otherwise listed

• The manufacturer's warranty covers the units from any major defects unless otherwise indicated

• Most manufacturer's warranties do not cover accidental or screen damage

• Prior to return we require any technical problems to be handled by the manufacturer

• All returns require authorization and you will be given an RMA number to be included on your return label

• All returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging with all included accessories and cables

• All returns must be shipped the same way they were received, usually double boxed and padded with bubble wrap

• All returns are subject to 10% to 50% restocking fee depending on condition of a return and damage if any.
