S – Like new condition, few to no physical defects, 100% functional.
A – Minor blemishes, 100% functional. No damage to displays.
B – Minor damage to plastic or metal housing, 100% functional. No damage to displays
C – Moderate damage to plastic or metal housing. May have small functional defects including faulty displays. Device is FUNCTIONAL.
D – Device is not functional and being sold for parts. For parts devices are NOT eligible for returns unless expressed otherwise.
E – Unable to verify full functionality of the unit. See notes below.
