Warranty validity
The warranty interventions are recognized only when the defective item reaches our technical laboratory complete with all its parts, (always send invoice and / or receipt that validates the purchase date), the same are tested by our laboratory. The guarantee will be validated and we will proceed with the return of the purchased product. All electrical parts must not be exposed to water or electrical surges and improper use of the object must not be detected. For a correct storage of the Battery, it is recommended, during long periods of non-use, to recharge at least once a month. The costs of transporting the item to our center are the buyer's responsibility. If the warranty is accepted, the shipment for the return of the item will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, the repair and transport costs are borne by the user, through the presentation of any quote by the company.
Returned goods
