Payment is due within 48 hours of auction end or purchase. 

Item will be shipped the same or within 1 business day after payment.  Each item is pack and weighed
then eBay calculates the postage cost based on your zip code.  For multiple 
items purchased, I will COMBINE SHIP at calculated weight which typically saves on 
shipping cost.  Please make sure you have your correct shipping address; seller not 
responsible for incorrect shipping address.

Items listed are gone over carefully and described to the best of my ability.
Many items are vintage or pre-owned so please use your zoom and inspect photos.
Because some items are from estate sales, I cannot guarantee that all items are
from a smoke and pet free home. Once items are in my possession they are stored
in a smoke / pet free environment. Items with significant flaws are generally 
not listed, unless the item is vintage and still of value.   



RETURNS:  Returns are accepted with the exception of special occasion apparel.  Buyer pays for return shipping.  
Refund is on item only, not shipping costs that seller has incurred.  Item must be returned in the same condition as received.
