Produced by one of Germany’s oldest tool-making firms, these professional-quality gouges are the style traditionally favored by European carvers. The natural finish hornbeam handles have excellent impact resistance, and their octagonal shape gives a secure grip and prevents rolling on the bench. The fully polished blades are hand forged from high-carbon steel, hardened to Rc61 for durability, and require only final stropping.

These spoon gouges have the same sweep as straight gouges of the same number, but with a spoon-shaped tip for fine concave shaping or work in confined areas.

They will last a lifetime with normal care.

Returns are accepted if the item is unused and must be received within 14 days after the buyer receives the item. The item must be packaged in the same way it was originally sent.
