Yes, card borders can fluctuate depending on their release Era.
For instance: Fan Favorite Heartgold Soulsilver Era card borders incorporate a unique blending of white, grey, and yellow - distinctive to just 5 Different Set releases in 2010-2011.
The Plasma series has blue borders.
The Scarlet Violet series has grey borders.

Because this is a curated compilation you may not receive every single exact card artwork you see in the example pictures above
(however I work very hard to be as consistent as inventory allows)
In other words, inventory constraints may force me to substitute another artwork or set release of any given pokemon.
If I run out of one Cacturne card it will be replaced by another Cacturne from a different set. You're still receiving an authentic Cacturne card.

Gym leader Pokemon are allowed.
A Pokemon may be any of its corresponding or current day typing (for example: castform can be water or fire type)

~CARD GRADING SCALE~
(Front & Back)

Mint (M): A step below Gem Mint. In near perfect condition.

Near Mint (NM): May have light scuffs and/or slight edge wear to a very minimal degree. Most pack fresh cards fall under this category.

Excellent (E): Shows more light scuffing and/or slight edge wear. Think (NM) with more leeway in the form of minor imperfections.

Fair (F): Edge wear and/or scuffs increasing in prominence without any major damage. Still of Fine Quality.

Played (P): Exhibits signs of play such as bends/creases, scratches, edge wear, with other potential traces of damage. Perfect for playing.

Damaged (D): Obvious wear & tear. Conspicuous flaws.
