It is only a place holder since I didn't do a separate listing for each piece offered for sale. Pricing is per piece. Why are we selling the contents of the house? 

We closed down our upscale vacation rental property in Melbourne Beach, Florida. We did NOT accept spring breakers. We are selling everything in that house. There is more than one listing for what we are selling (Please see 'sellers other items'). There are no Dining sets or outdoor furniture shown as they have been sold. Many of the extra linens have also been sold.

This listing showcases the major furniture of the house such as beds, bureaus, end tables, sleeper sofa, chairs, etc. The property has 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full Size bed, and 2 trundle style twin beds, plus all the furniture that goes with it (see pictures). All come with linens and comforters, pillows, etc that are still on the beds, including the Tommy Bahama Bed spread in the 1st bedroom. The spare linens, blankets, pillow cases, etc. have  separate listings and most have been sold. Please go to 'sellers other items' to see what's left in that department. Kitchen appliances, utensils, dinnerware, etc. are not shown as they either have a separate listing or have already been sold.

In the living room, there is a sleeper sofa bed with 3 extra seat cushions, love seat, end tables, lamps, etc. All bedrooms and living room have large screen hi-def TVs. Please see pictures and feel free to ask any questions regarding any pieces you may be interested in. I'd be happy to provide more pictures along with asking prices.

Since the vacation rental is a million dollar property, we had strict house rules, and we deeply vetted our guests prior to booking to ensure the items in the house don't get trashed. We did NOT accept Spring Breakers. Additionally, this was a no smoking, no pets property. I'm proud, and grateful, that 99% of our guests were super nice, responsible people who took great care of our home.

Furniture is local pickup only. Other items can be shipped.
