This Limited-Edition copy (No. 1 of 25 copies) of “Robrt Frost’s 10 Mills” by Malcolm Tarlofsky was Mr. Tarlofsky’s student project in the art of book design and printing. In it, he selected ten verses from Section 2, “Ten Mills” of Robert Frost’s 1937 book of verses titled “A Further Range” to use as the basis for the project. He then applied an artistic overview to the verse’s title, added the text in clear type, and presented each verse on a separate page. He supplemented these pages with a paper cover, a front free end paper on which is a handwritten inscription that reads “To my dearest friend on his 24th Birthday 2/11/67”, a dedication page, and a colophon page that reads “This book was designed and printed by Malcolm Tarlofsky. An edition of 25 was all set and done, March 1966. This being copy number: One”.

The book. which measures approximately 8 ½ x 10 inches, is contained within a brown wrap-around paper cover with black lettering spelling out the book’s title. The book if further enclosed in a brown paper dust jacket whose front face is identical to the book’s front cover. The book and dust jacket are in near-fine condition.

The illustrations accompanying this description show the front cover of the book, three (3) typical pages of Frost’s verses, and the colophon page.
