The clock seems to work perfectly good expect when it comes to the hourly chime it doesn’t ring not sure what could be causing the issue

I believe it has to do with the spring bell.

But overall the clock in in excellent condition might need service due it to being over 130 years old last serviced i believed was in the 80s
