1. If merchandise you found defective or damaged in the long transit, please contact us freely. We will solve your problem ASAP.

2. Defective items will be offered exchange, in condition that, it is returned within 7days upon receiving.

3. If other reason, you want to ship it back to us, you will be responsible for the returning shipping fee and we will send the replacement after receiving the returned item.

4. We will leave SAME FEEDBACK after you do it for us. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with the item after receiving it.
