| Warranty validity | |
| The warranty interventions are recognized only when the defective item reaches our technical laboratory complete with all its parts, (always send invoice and / or receipt that validates the purchase date), the same are tested by our laboratory. The guarantee will be validated and we will proceed with the return of the purchased product. All electrical parts must not be exposed to water or electrical surges and improper use of the object must not be detected. For a correct storage of the Battery, it is recommended, during long periods of non-use, to recharge at least once a month. The costs of transporting the item to our center are the buyer's responsibility. If the warranty is accepted, the shipment for the return of the item will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, the repair and transport costs are borne by the user, through the presentation of any quote by the company. |

| Returned goods: The return of an item can be made no later than 14 days after delivery. We will not accept returns of items purchased without receiving the return form specially filled out. The products to be returned to Capobranco Project Srl must be packed in such a way as to preserve the integrity of the original packaging, they must not have been used and must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received. br> Shipping costs will be charged to the customer in case of incorrect purchase or if the item does not fall under warranty. After a verification by our technical laboratory, regarding the integrity of the product, the paid amount will be returned to the buyer, excluding the shipping costs of the product, which will be charged to the buyer.
