Good used OEM parts. Typical wear for age, chrome doesn't shine great, some surface rust and ding as shown.

Filter element will need replacing.

Backing plate looks good has holes for Keihin/ Bendix Carburetor, can be redrilled or adapters are cheap if you need it to fit another.

Should fit Shovels and Sportster of 70s-80s Vintage.
