This means you will receive a new item shipped to you in its original packaging that came straight from the manufactures warehouse.
On occasion an item will be removed from the packaging in order to take detailed photos if we feel the company stock photos do not sufficiently display enough detail. As with all music stores some products are proudly displayed in our showroom so the customers that visit us in person can see for themselves the quality of individual items.
Buying from an authorized dealer also means that you will qualify to receive the full factory warranty on this item. Most companies will not honor a warranty claim unless it was purchased from an authorized dealer.

We offer free shipping on most new items to the lower 48 states via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If your item qualifies for free shipping we will choose the most cost efficient way to transport the package to you. Items that are less than 1 lb. will ship USPS Ground Advantage so items can be tracked. Larger items will be shipped using UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. If costs are close, we will ship the fastest way possible, even if it costs us a little more to do so. If you require a shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or the US Protectorates or if you require expedited shipping please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote. Please be aware that some items of higher value will require signature verification.
Because of our location in the center of the country standard ground shipping to the lower 48 states is normally 4 days or less.

All payments are handled through the eBay payment system. Ebay payments can accept most major credit & debit cards plus other secure and convenient forms of payment. As soon as the payment is cleared, we will ship your item. You also have an opportunity to pay us by debit or cash if you visit us in our walk in store. Return Information

But if for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. If the item you purchased qualified for Free Shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, etc.), and show no signs of wear or use, or you may be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns Exceptions
There are no returns on clearance, discontinued, vintage or demo items.
Additionally, the following items are returnable only if defective or unopened - strings, reeds, ear buds, any wind instruments, harmonicas, drum heads, drumsticks, fog fluid, clothing, print music, books.
ALL returned woodwind, brass instruments and mouthpieces will incur a $15.00 sanitation fee.
