This 1961 Omega Seamaster is in incredible vintage condition with a large 35,5mm stainless steel waterproof case with manual winding caliber 268 movement.

The gilt dial has developed in to a deep tropical brown colour, evident in the sunlight, and certain lighting conditions. The gilt lettering has turned to a deep yolk yellow. It still retains its gloss finish.

There are not many more beautiful 14389's in such amazing shape, especially with gilt dial, which was seldom seen during this era. The case is all facetted and not touched, and the movement looks like it was made in the factory this year it is that clean.

The watch has undergone full strip down, lubrication and clean and service, ready to be enjoyed by its next custodian!

Not much comes close to the beauty & character of a 60s gilt dial Omega.
