1985 West End Games Imperium Romanum II: The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire, Partially Punched! The game is in excellent, unplayed condition and 100% verified complete from chits to charts. Three of the counter sheets have counters that are pretty securely attached to the sheet; two of the four counters sheets have loose counters (I jigsawed them back into the sheets to ensure the game's completeness; then I slipped the four counter sheets into page protectors so when the counters of the two sheets separate--as shown in pic #8, they'll be easy to locate). The box is very clean with no corner splits.
