Really nice vintage Ralph Lauren, made in USA, western shirt dress. Classic collar, long sleeves, full bottom hem. Heavier Safari type cotton twill, great dress, size 6. Full sweeping bottom skirt. 

Note, no belt and also some pale, faint spots right under waist. Quite hard to see, but there. I priced accordingly and I have also cleaned. They did not fully resolve. Great dress otherwise. 

late 1970s or early 1980s. A really great dress. in excellent condition besides small spots.

37 inch bust, 27 inch waist, 50 inch hips, 21.5 inch sleeve length, 18.5 inches across top shoulder, 50 inch length, 120 inch bottom sweep
