This Hat makes a Statement of A part of the US Coast Guard. This Ship has been birthed in many Ports over the years.

The Hat has a unique feature, Has Braided Cording making it a one size as is. It's currently set for a size 7 to 7 1/4.  I'd do believe that the coding could be removed to make it adjustable.
