Sales Tax:

• All sales within Florida are subject to 7% state sales tax, including shipments to Florida addresses.
• Sales tax will be automatically added to your invoice for applicable states, including but not limited to: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, PR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

International Shipments:

• Full sale value is declared on all international shipments. No exceptions.
• Buyer is responsible for all import charges, including Customs, Duty, VAT, and GST.
• No returns or refunds for packages refused at Customs.
• We do not ship to: China, Russia, Ukraine, Chile, Brazil, South Africa, Albania, Argentina, Czech Republic, France, and other countries (see Shipping and payments tab for full list).
• High-value items may only be shipped via FedEx to some countries.

Handling and Shipping:

• Pay promptly to ensure timely handling (1 business day for domestic, 3 business days for international).
• Orders paid after 9:30 AM will ship the next business day.
• We only ship to the address used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.
• High-value international shipments may take longer due to special documentation requirements.

Returns Terms & Conditions

Return Window:  All sales are limited to a 14-day return policy for all reasons.

Customs Refusals: We do not accept returns or refunds for packages refused at Customs.

Item Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as sent to be eligible for a return.

Altered or damaged items, including any accompanying boxes, documentation, papers, and certificates, are not accepted.

Accompanying Materials: Returns missing any accompanying materials will not be refunded until those items are also returned.

Liability: Seller's liability is limited to the total amount invoiced. Seller is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of purchased items.
