This is a red, white and blue patriotic themed tulle tutu, one size. Hand wash cold. This features three layers, plain red tulle, red tulle with sequins at the buttom and the topis blue with sequins with silvery/white stars. It has an eleastic band. When laid flat the band is approximately 11" which has considerable stretch - I was able to stretch it out to 20". This is in excellent used condition, no notable flaws.
