1. Raw Cards are sold “as is”. Questions regarding grading will not be answered. All cards in each listing are scanned with the highest quality. 
2. NOTE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL! RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. SEE PHOTOS ABOVE BEFORE BIDDING. CARDS MAY HAVE IMPERFECTIONS AND MAY NOT MEET A CERTAIN CONDITION. 
3. If you do have an issue when you receive your order. Do not hesitate to reach out. Please contact me through ebay and not any other platform. I will reply as soon as possible. Usually within 24 hours.
4. Condition is noted as used - cards can have any number of issues. These issues can include scratches or surface wear, and flaws on edges/corners. See photos provided for centering as well and please make your own judgment. I will be as honest as I can with the description. 
5. All cards will be shipped inside a penny sleeve and top loader and shipped with care. (Buying bulk PWE cards will result in one top loader until reaching over limit).
