All our listings have eBay Premium Service and we always provide excellent customer service (as rated by buyers), a minimum 30 day returns, a free delivery option, and a fast delivery option.

Orders paid for before 4pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day and sent by Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 1st Class, with a 1-3 day delivery estimate.

Heavier, bulkier or more expensive items will be sent by courier (on a next day service, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Orders that require a courier will only be dispatched the same day if they are paid for before 3pm Monday - Friday, NOT 4pm as with non courier orders.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not dispatch orders at the weekend or on Bank Holidays.

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 working days from delivery provided that you inform us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.

If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original/unopened condition within 30 working days of delivery.

Damaged Items - If the goods you receive are damaged in any way, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.  Please notify us immediately by phone (Monday-Friday 9.00-4.30pm). We will require a photograph clearly showing the damage and its packaging.  You may be asked to return the product for investigation so we kindly request that you do not discard of any product until the issue has been resolved.
