Made between 1917-1999 of USSR origination. It is beautifully hand painted in black lacquerware style of Russian culture . It depicts florals in bright colors of orange, yellow, red and blue.

It is marked on back in both English and Cyrillic Russian. A beautiful addition to a collection or all by itself.
