About Our Photos

Our business clients have multiples of the items that are ready to sell. We often have several of the same product. We make one listing instead of many separate ones that showcase the same item. The photos show what the item typically looks like. Your actual item will match the condition described, but might look slightly different from the photo. For example: If we have a listing for 10 laptops with identical product details and specifications, the various products may have minor differences like slight variations in scratches or wear patterns. However, all items in the listing meet the same condition and quality standard and have the same functionality. You will receive the same product - just not the sample used for the photo.

Conditions

Every item gets a condition assigned. Be sure to check the condition in the Listing to know which condition is being offered.

Product Test - Functionality and Cosmetic Grade

Every product, except new sealed, are tested for functionality and assigned a cosmetic grade. Each product must pass our high quality standards to be eligible for sell on this marketplace. During inspection, if our technicians find any problems or damage, those details will be noted in the description. If there are multiple items available for purchase, each item will be of the same quality and functionality stated. We want you to know exactly what you are buying.

REVIEW BEFORE YOU BUY

** Do Not attempt any self-repair on a purchased product without our prior authorization. Any unauthorized repairs will void the warranty and return eligibility. Tamper Protection: Any item returned with a damaged or removed tamper resistant label will not qualify for a refund.

Before Starting a Return: Contact us before starting a return; our technicians can often help troubleshoot issues remotely and may resolve problems without needing a return. If our assistance does not resolve the issue, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the product.

Return Requirements: All returns must include all original items and be in the same condition as received. Upon approval, you will receive a return ID (RMA Number) which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package to expedite the exchange or refund.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee ranging from 20-50% will be applied to all returned products. The exact fee will depend on the item, condition, the reason for the return, and any loss or damage incurred through the transaction.

Unauthorized or Excluded Returns: We do not accept returns for compatibility issues, wrong fit, changed specifications, buyer's remorse, or accidental orders.

All orders are picked and processed within 2 business days; expedited processing is not available.

All shipments over $100 require direct signature on delivery.

We ship only to eBay verified addresses and cannot change the shipping address after payment.

Domestic orders are shipped via eBay; international orders must use the eBay international program. Please consult eBay documentation for country eligibility.

Freight Option: When product is sold and the shipping method is Freight, the buyer is responsible for coordinating with the freight carrier they choose. Our dock hours are Mon-Friday from 8:00am-3:00pm. We will palletize, strap, and wrap your order and provide the weight and dimensions after the sale is final.
