Flat Rate Freight prices quoted are ONLY for shipping to a full access commerical address with a loading dock and or forklift or to ship to a freight terminal and you pick it up there.

If our freight carriers consider your address to be residential ($125) or limited access ($125) you will need to pay for shipping upcharges before your item will ship.

If our carriers attempt to deliver and no one is there to unload you will be responsible to pay $125 for redelivery before redelivery or you will need to pick it up at the freight terminal. • A semi truck can not easily pull into and turn around.
• A semi truck must park on the road.
• A semi truck has to back in off the road.

All our items are available for pick up at our warehouse in Wolcottville, Indiana located between Fort Wayne and South Bend.  We are open Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST.  Please call ahead so we have time to pull your items from our Inventory.
