Shipping

• All items ship from our UK-based warehouse in Warrington.

Returns

• You have up to 60 days from delivery to return unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging.
• To initiate a return, please follow the eBay returns process and obtain authorisation.
• Returns are at your own expense unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
• Refunds exclude any original shipping costs, unless we sent the wrong item.
• Items damaged due to incorrect return packaging may have a restocking fee or partial refund applied.

Please ensure you use tracked and insured shipping for returns. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
