Auction is for a promotional hand-out from THE MECHANICS' BUILDING and LOAN ASSOCIATION located in Chambersburg, PA.  This I believe dates back to the 40's-50's era.  It is a dime/cash holder in the shape of a red Christmas stocking.  Never been used, but a water stain on one side (see pic).  Made of heavy cardboard, measures approximately 5-1/2" in length and 3" at widest point.  Please make sure to take a close look at all the photos as they are an important part of the description.  Item will be shipped with heavy cardboard for safe shipping.  Shipping is $5 flat rate.  NOTE!
