Not sure what this shirt is all about, but it was stored away with all my other cool t-shirts from the late 80's/early 90's.  What I do know is that a friend that owned an Alternative Music radio station (in Rochester NY) gave it to me because he knew I loved The Cure.  Screen printed image on the front 'appears' to be Robert Smith.  No clue as to what the OV on the back refers to....I just don't remember....nor does my radio station friend.
