Postage & packaging charges are not refundable in any circumstances, the cost of return and postage charges of second jacket in case of exchange would be paid by buyer.

In all above cases return shipment and replacement jacket shipment would be paid by buyer.
As per our exchange process, it is recommended that the buyer should repurchase the correct size again from us so that jacket processed accordingly and return the jacket to our return address. On receiving the return, we will issue the refund for the Jacket price.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
