Sterling Silver Pierced Sugar Basket Frank Whiting Blue Glass Bowl Handle

Some patina on silver and very light surface scratches.  The glass has some very small light surface scratches and there is an etched? wavy design.  The handle is slightly bent.

Silver sugar bowl measures 3 1/2 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches tall not including the handle.  The cobalt blue glass bowl does not have any chips or cracks; there are some minor light surface scratches. 

Basket only weighs 63.9grams.

Marked on the bottom Sterling with hallmark.
