Condition: Lot Sold As-Is For Parts/Not Working. The 1st GoPro Hero3 Powers On Then Freezes Up, The Other GoPro Hero3 has a Broken Front Screen, but by Using the LCD Bacpac it Does Show that it Powers On, but it Doesn't Recognize Any MicroSD Card when Installed. There is NO MicroSD Card Included or Sold in this Listing. The LCD Bacpac Appears to Work Fine. The WiFi Remote Turns On. The Battery Bacpac Does Not do Anything when Attempting to Charge It, so it is Assumed Non-Functional. All 3 Internal Batteries Seem to Work Okay. There Will Be NO Returns Allowed or Refunds Given for this Listing. Please Review Photos and Read Full Description for What is Included in this Lot.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx within the 50 United States and to select international destinations via Asendia International and eBay International Shipping. Sorry, but I do not under any circumstance ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or US Protectorate addresses.
Choice of carrier service and speed of delivery is item dependent, and may vary from item to item at my discretion. By default, USPS will ship Ground Advantage or Priority, UPS will ship UPS Ground or Ground Saver, and FedEx will ship FedEx Home Delivery or Ground, unless requested otherwise. I do not ship any item using inferior quality courier services. That means an item bought from me will never ship USPS First Class, Media Mail, FedEx Economy, or similar lesser quality service.
You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. For peace of mind, all orders are fully insured against damage in transit and loss in transit at their full declared value at no additional cost to you.
If you require specific shipping requests/requirements, for example, if you need your item sooner using an Express shipping service, but it is currently not available as an option at checkout, please don't hesitate to message me. I may be able to accommodate your needs on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the end of an auction. Non-paying buyers, an unpaid case will automatically be opened after 2 days, no exceptions.
Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Business days are Monday thru Friday until 3:00 PM CST. If an item is purchased and payment is cleared by 3PM (UTC -6:00) Central Time (US and Canada), your order will likely ship out the same business day, or it will ship out the next business day. For example, if you order on a Friday by closing time, I will do my best to ship your order out the same day, but it may take until Monday to ship. Orders are not shipped on weekends and orders are not shipped or delivered on Federal holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 24 hours. Please allow the shipping carrier up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Damages and Missing Orders
If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, always contact me first through eBay's messaging system. Do not attempt to file a claim with the shipping carrier yourself. I will file a claim on your behalf, and a refund may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process.
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 3 days of delivery.
Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and are your responsibility, as the recipient, to provide them.
Do not release any products or packaging to any other entity, including the carrier, repair estimate facilitator, etc. before consulting with me. Doing so may risk invalidating the claim in progress and your ability to receive compensation for the lost or damaged item.
Insurance Coverage
All shipments are fully insured, but we may require your assistance when proceeding with filing a claim. For missing shipments, we must file the claim within 90 calendar days from the date of the shipment. For damaged shipments, you must notify me within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Depending on the nature of your claim, you may need to provide photos of all outer and inner packaging as well as the package contents, and/or sign an affidavit that I send you once we begin the claim process.
Good Faith Cooperation
When an insurance claim needs to be filed for a shipment, both I and you, the recipient, acknowledge both parties' respective responsibilities. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to provide any necessary items within the necessary time-frame as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of insurance coverage. Should either party be unable or unwilling to fulfill the duties necessary for a successful claim approval, they may be liable for any losses not recovered.
Returns and Refunds
For a detailed description of this listing's specific return policy, please refer to the 'Returns and Refunds:' section nearer the top of this description. In general, most items offer 30 Day Domestic Returns Only with a Money Back Guarantee minus any original postage, packaging fees, and any donation amount already sent to a charity, if applicable. Seller pays return shipping. No questions asked, simple as that. The order must be returned unused and in the exact same condition it was originally shipped in. Please, do not abuse this policy. As per eBay's Terms of Service, I reserve the right to withhold up to 50% of the total value of the purchase price if any item is sent back in any condition other than it was originally shipped in. Short answer, be sure to properly package any items for safe return transit, or I may deduct up to 50% of the purchase price from your refund if it is determined to have been used, altered, or damaged upon inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. As per eBay's Terms of Service, I reserve the right to accept or deny any request for cancellation. Because I begin packing, labeling, and shipping items immediately after orders are made, I can make no guarantee I will be able to accept your request for cancellation. Please bear in mind that when you purchase an item, even if by mistake, you are making a contractual agreement to buy and pay for that item.
