This is a vintage 1960's skirt and top suit by Carol Craig.  Made of a stretchy polyester knit, the color is navy blue.  The top has a crew neckline, 3/4 sleeves with elbow darts, side vents, bust darts and a covered button-up back with a snap for entry.  The skirt has a simple pull-on style with elastic waist.  Other than a tiny pick in the center of the top, this set is in excellent and clean condition.     Please look closely at the photos as they are part of the description.  Pearls are not included.    

Top: Shoulders across-16", Bust-40", Length-21", Sleeves-17 1/2"

Skirt:  Waist-26 to 34", Hips-41", Length-25"
