Vintage Wagner Ware Sidney O nickel plated cast iron skillet. 1059G, #9 with heat ring and pour spouts.  See pictures of measurements.  I didn't notice issues with wobble or spin, but I am not an expert.  Some pitting, black color has worn off handle. Review pictures carefully as they accurately reflect condition.
