All purchases are covered by our 1-year product guarantee. If anything goes wrong with your product, we'll replace it for free, up to a year after purchase.

Follow these simple steps to ensure your toy is working correctly

- Check the battery compartment does not have a paper disc that needs removing prior to use
- Check the batteries are not sealed with plastic (if batteries are supplied)
- Please refrain from using replaceable, rechargeable batteries in our products as they may not fit

- Make sure battery is charged for the recommended time (some toys require 24hour charging)
