If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of such refund. We may suspend refund until receipt of the goods or until you prove that you have returned the goods to us, whichever is earlier.
The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.
Orders will be processed within the stock limits of our warehouse or that of our suppliers; should not all products be available, Seller reserves the right, if it considers it tolerable for the customer, to make a partial delivery at its own expense. In the event that due to supply problems not attributable to it, you are unable to ship the ordered product, we reserve the right to terminate the contract. In this case the Seller will immediately inform the customer by offering a product with similar characteristics. If no replacement product is found or the customer refuses delivery of the proposed item, he will immediately issue a refund of all services already paid by the customer.
Payments can be made by credit and prepaid cards, bank transfer in advance, Paypal and Credit Cards accepted. Seller reserves the right to accept only certain payment methods. Money orders or bank checks are not accepted.
